You don't need more energy. You need a reason that supplies it.
Day 3 of 5 · Mission
Read
Willpower runs out by mid-afternoon. A mission does not. When the reason is bigger than you, the fuel comes from somewhere deeper than mood.
Mission is not a job title or a to-do list. It is who your effort is for. Name the people, and the work changes shape.
Today you attach one ordinary task to someone it actually serves. Watch how differently you do it.
Picture it
Picture who it's for.
Somewhere in today sits a task you would skip if nobody was watching. Somebody is downstream of it: a teammate, a kid, a stranger you will never meet.
Rehearse it now: doing that task while holding their face in mind. Same task. Different you.
Your rep
Who is your effort for?Name them.
Then say it out loud. Yes, out loud.
Nothing here is saved. Say it out loud, that is the rep.
Rapid fire
Rapid fire.
Answer each out loud, fast. Tap as you go.
Lock it in
One sentence, out loud, before you close this screen:
"Today I work like someone is counting on me, because someone is."
That's the rep. Now go serve it.
Tonight
This half is for after your day. Open it tonight.
